Office opening
9.30am to 1.30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Our clerk is in attendance at these office times.
The Customer Service representative from Harborough District Council, Bev Lawrence, will be in attendance on the Tuesday from 9.30am to 12.30pm
Pennbury makes it onto the short list this Leicester Mercury article made front page news, so continue to complete the petition on the Number 10 web site or sign the paper petition. There are now over 10,000 signatures on both paper and e petition!. If you would like to sign this document then go directly to the petition

In addition they are looking for local volunteers to help in the next phase of the campaign.
Having completed my first year as Clerk to the Council I am delighted at all of the achievements over the last year that the Council has achieved these are outlined within the Annual Meeting Report. Much of the work of the Parish Council has been taken up with the proposed Eco-Town the details of which changing rapidly and are featured on the Eco Town Page.
Details of all Parish Councillors are now to be published with the Glen Scence so that you can contact them, messages can be left for at the Parish Office. The Council is keen to work with residents to find out their views, questionnaires are available at the parish office, if you have time please drop in a collect one, your opinions are important to us, let us know what you would like to see the projects you would like to see the parish council working pursuing, questionnaires are also available on line. All members of the public are welcome to meetings of the parish which are held every second Tuesday of the month in the parish office starting at 7.30pm. Please come along and let your views be known. The Council has three internet computer’s available for public use ‘free of charge’ this facility comes via Leicestershire Connect, where a host of local information can be gathered (school holidays, access to police, and village fault reporting) do take advantage of this facility, use it or loose it!! A member of Harborough District Council customer service team is available in the Parish Office every Tuesday morning between 9.30am to 12.30pm to deal with any district enquiries you have.
